William Goodall married on 3/10/1836, they had 5 or possibly 6 children. William moved to Victoria and lived in the Warrnambool area. They had children in Victoria. William was a farmer at the time of his death. He died at Wanstead Farm and is buried at the Warrnambool Cemetery. Ellen (B C1811) died on 16/7/1895 aged 84, also at Wanstead Farm and is buried the the Warrnambool Cemetery.
