She sailed from London the 10th of July, and Dublin the 5th of August. The guard comprises a detachment of the 47th Regiment, under the orders of Captain Donaldson. The Surgeon Superintendent is Dr. CARTER, R. N. Sydney Gazette, 5 Dec 1825.

8 Dec. 1825. To Col. Dumaresq, Acting Chief Engineer, I have had the honor of receiving and submitting to the Acting Governor, your letter of the 6th instant. It gives me great pleasure to be able to acquaint you that the Mechanics names in the margin are retained for the service of Government according to your desire: and His Honor has further decided upon an arrangement, which without interfering with the ordinary distribution of the labouring convicts by the Henry Porcher, will meet your wish for the completion of the Sydney Town Gangs.
