Robert McMahon, for bigamy, Augustine Fitzgerald, for sheep-stealing, James McManus, for cow stealing, and John Galvin and Jerry Sullivan, for larceny, all to be transported for seven years. John and Michael Downs, and James Mangan, for manslaughter, to be transported for seven years.
