Common law wife, Mary Ivers also of Cork. Children, Mary and Catherine Gould. Arrested for theft of a heifer in 1835 and sentenced to Port Arthur for life. Died in New Norfolk Hospital in 1841. Buried in New Norfolk old cemetery.
