Colonial conviction: Gen Sessions, Bathurst, 30 Mar 1830, for Stealing a set of plough Irons. Sentence: Three years. Returned to Sydney, 22 Oct 1833. Remarks: Sentenced 18 months in addition to Colonial Sentence 29 Nov 1830. Run 20 Oct Ret 23 Nov 1830. Description: James Gouveran, native place, Sligo, age 23, 5 ft 3 ½.
