Per Countess of Harcourt, 16 March 1824, to New South Wales. ------------------------------------------------------------- The Circuit Court was opened at Perth on Saturday the 6th inst. ... Walter Graham and James Cameron were placed at the bar, charged with having uttered some forged notes. They pleaded Not Guilty. …. Star (London) 18 Sept 1823. A commutation of the sentence of death, into that of banishment for life, arrived at Perth on Saturday week for Walter Graham, condemned at last Circuit for uttering forged notes. Caledonian Mercury, 27 Oct 1823.
