Committed last week by our Magistrates to Warwick gaol, T. Morley, alias Wright, alias Smawley, alias Old Tom, alias Long Tom, alias Old Fox, alias Thompson ; W. Grainger, alias Lappidge, and Mary Lappidge, charged with dealing in forged Bank of England Notes, ... Aris’s Birmingham Gazette, 4 Oct 1802.  The Assize for this County concluded on Wednesday, when the following nineteen prisoners were capitally convicted and received sentence of death, viz… T. Morley, alias  Long Tom, Mary Lappage, and W. Grainger, for uttering forged Bank of England notes ;, ... Richards, Bolton, Morley, and Lappage, are left  for execution, and the others reprieved. Aris’s Birmingham Gazette, 4 April 1803.
