ROSANNA GREEN alias CUMMINS (30), charged with having stolen, on the 1st August, twenty-three pounds, notes and silver, the property of Robert Parkinson. Mr. COLTMAN stated the case. The prosecutor (who had come to York to pay his rent) and prisoner were together drinking in the evening of the 1st August, at several public houses. After the prisoner left the prosecutor he found his pocket had been picked. He applied the police, and the woman was taken at Black Wilson s house. She produced six bills, which the prisoner ….
