Rich Gregory, age 22, Larceny, Tried Chester Ass. 5 Sept 1816, NSW 7 years, Transported 28 June 1817. GEORGE WORTHINGTON, aged 29, a labourer, from Mobberley ; and RICHARD GREGORY, aged 22, a weaver, from Bolton, for breaking open the dwelling-house of George Gamner, of Mobberley, on the ?th June last, end stealing a quantity of wearing apparel, &c. It appeared, that after stealing the articles stated in the indictment, the Prisoners put on the shirt and shoes of the Prosecutor. — ... Cheshire Chronicle, 13 Sept 1816.
