He was tried at Westminster Middlesex Quarter Sessions, sentenced to 7years (recorded also as Life) & arrived in NSW as a convict on 26 6 1819 after a voyage of 6months on BARING; he was Protestant. He was a mariner in 1819 when he married Rebecca (Watson) on 27 9 1819 at St Phillips CofE Sydney & produced 4children. He is recorded as a dealer in 1826. He is recorded in 1828 as Free by Servitude with his family a chinaman at George St Sydney. He is recorded as a dealer again in March 1829. He (recoreded as George in Smees records) died on 9 10 1829 at Goulbourn St Sydney age44 & was buried at St James CofE Sydney.
