Charles was born in 1823 to Charles and Mary Gunnell (nee Grafton)On the 13 June 1856 he was living in White Hills, Maryborough, Victoria. His wife Louisa died in 1857 aged 45 years. Charles and Louisa Ediker were married at the Holy Trinity Church, Chelsea, Middlesex on the 25 Oct 1841. Charles died in 1882 in South Melbourne, Victoria aged 59 years
