Joseph Gunston arr Mariner 1816, he was sentenced to 7 years transportation at the Oxford assizes, his crime is not recorded. Joseph was one of 25 convicts who arrived on the Mariner who were sent to Liverpool NSW. Joseph died of fever in Liverpool hospital on the 17th NOV 1820 and was buried the following day at Liverpool's Earliest Burial Ground, now Apex Park.
