Kingsbury, Royal Artillery Drivers, Tried at Cambrai, France, 17 June 1818, for Murder and Robbery. Sentenced to be Hanged by the Court; but commuted to Transportation as Felons for Life to New South Wales. Case sent to Prince Regent, 20 July 1818 for confirmation before the Prince Regent.
