War Office Records. Registers Court Martial. https://nla.gov.au/nla.obj-1606814777/view Private William Gutherick, Private Pat. M’Gahan, and Private Fras. Kingsbury, Royal Artillery Drivers, Tried at Cambrai, France, 17 June 1818, for Murder and Robbery. Sentenced to be Hanged by the Court; but commuted to Transportation as Felons for Life to New South Wales. Case sent to Prince Regent, 20 July 1818 for confirmation before the Prince Regent.
