CON33-1-46p72 No; 10,937. Aged; 19 years old, height; 5 ft 3 1/2 inches 1845 - Tried; Launceston 8 July 1845. Offence; Assault on Thomas Maycock and putting in bodily fear, stealing one jacket, one pound of Tobacco , Sentence; to be transported for life. To be sent to Norfolk Island for 4 years 1855 - Absconded 17 February 1855 Murdered near Circular Head about 1856 noted in pencil against this "some doubt exists as to the truth of this report vide confession of Stanton per Layton"
