Digitised Indent of ship Albemarle Michael Dunn, James Molee, Edward Price, Robert Tapley, Lazarus Greaves, Thomas Haley, and Thomas Scrivener, were tried at Justice Hall, Old Bailey, Middlesex, 10 Jan 1787, seven years. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Trial at the old Bailey, 10 Jan 1787. 220. THOMAS HALEY was indicted for stealing, on the 19th of December , an iron hammer, value 2 s. a trowell, value 6 d. and a chissel, value 6 d. the property of Edward Hosier . The prisoner was taken with the tools upon him. GUILTY . Transported for seven years . Tried by the second Middlesex Jury before Mr. RECORDER.
