Margaret Fitzgerald, indicted for stealing few ? of wearing apparel from Elizabeth Mansfield, poor woman from Templemore, sojourning at Tramore, on the 19lh September last, was found Guilty. Not sentenced. Mary Halfpenny was next tried for a similar larceny on the 1?th of April, in the house of Michael Fitzgerald, at Kilmeaden (where she had been afforded a lodging for the night), was also found Guilty, but not then sentenced. Waterford Mail, 22 March 1828.
