Thomas Hall from Brighton, per Lady Montagu, F.S., for larceny, sentence-3 months, a labourer, native place Ireland, 45 yrs old, 5 feet 4 inches high, resides at Bridgewater. Tasmania Police Gazette, 13th Oct 1871, p165. Prisoner discharged from H M Gaol during the week ending 3 Jan 1872 & 30 Dec 1871. Thomas Hall, per Lady Montagu, F.C., for larceny, sentenced to 3 months at Pontville, native of Lancashire, age 47yrs, 5 feet 6 inches high, brown hair, large scar near right temple. Tasmania Police Gazette, 5th Jan 1872, p4.
