UK, Royal Navy Medical Journals, Ship: Sophia - 1829 - Case No; 70. Name; Peter Flanagan Age; 40 Disease; Dysentery Date; 7 Dec 1829 Notes; This man has been on the sick list for the greater part of the voyage, first with a wound to the eye, which he received in the Hulk. Secondly with Titulus & was discharged cured on the 28th Nov. He now states that his appetite has failed him this last four days and great looseness in the bowels ...... Discharged; DIED; at 9 pm 9 Jan 1829. ---------------------------------
