Death of child; UK, Royal Navy Medical Journals, - Charles Cameron, Surgeon. Ship: Princess Charlotte Name; William Murphy - child Age; 18 months old Date; 5th March 1827 Notes; He is of a very sickly constitution and has got a severe cold on boarding the ship on the 5th March from Newgate. His mouth slips and nose a perfect ulcer, ulcerations on his head, his face is swelled and one of his eyes shut ... About 4 pm or rather before, I was called to the child William Murphy, stating that they thought he was dying, when I got below to my great astonishment, I found that he was dead.... Discharged; Died March 12th
