Worcester Journal Worcestershire, England 21 Jul 1831 William Harrison, aged 30, was convicted of beastiality at Dudley. The nature of this case necessarily prevents our entering into any details of it. An attempt was made to screen the prisoner by setting up a plea of intoxication. When sentence was about to be passed upon the wretched culprit, he pleaded earnestly for mercy............. Sentence of death was then passed upon him._The prisoner had rather a respectable appearance. William Harrison was listed as 32 years old on arrival. William was 5'8½" tall, fresh complexion, brown hair, reddish whiskers, hazel grey eyes. 24/3/1841: TOL
