PUBLIC NOTICE. COLONIAL SECRETARY'S OFFICE, 28th July, 1821. WHEREAS a Ticket of Leave, in Favor of James Hartley, who was tried at Salop Assizes in March 1814, and arrived by the Indefatigable (2d) Bowles Master, in 1815, under Sentence for Life, was about a Month since Stolen from the House of Thomas Rollison, Blacksmith, in Upper Pitt-street, Sydney; the Attention of all Constables and others is hereby called to this Circumstance, as it is supposed the Person who stole the same is at large, under Colour and Protection of the said Ticket; No 191 | 1790; Date 31st January, 1819; and indorsed with the following Description :— Native Place, Liverpool; Trade, Labourer; Age, 17 years; Height, 5 feet 7 inches; Complexion, fair pale; Hair, brown; Eyes, dark.
