Date taken ill: 30th May 1826. Notes; A weak, sickly & rickety looking boy was convicted of Burgulary and sentenced to 14 years transportation Discharged; Convalescent. 21st July 1826. For termination of this case vide P; 35. Page; 35. Nature of the Disease; Extensive Chronic Diseases, Scorbutic Diathesis Date taken ill: 28th July 1826 Notes; delicate youth. DIED 28 July 1826. Autopsy completed. Body ill formed but not greatly emaciated ....
