Birth Year: 1808 Treatment Year: 1826 Treatment Place: United Kingdom Nature of the Disease; Complains of pain lower extremities, walks with difficulty., says his health was formerly bad. Date taken ill: 30th May 1826. Notes; A weak, sickly & rickety looking boy was convicted of Burgulary and sentenced to 14 years transportation Discharged; Convalescent. 21st July 1826. For termination of this case vide P; 35. Page; 35. Nature of the Disease; Extensive Chronic Diseases, Scorbutic Diathesis Date taken ill: 28th July 1826 Notes; delicate youth. DIED 28 July 1826. Autopsy completed. Body ill formed but not greatly emaciated ....
