Margaret Hayes and Annie Gleeson were then given in charge for stealing two pigs, the property of John Loughnane, on the 18th January last, at Templemore. John Loughnane proved to the loss of the pigs on the 18th, and the finding of them the 20th near Roscrea, in a yard belonging to a house kept by persons of names of William Cahill and Slattery. Constable John Maguire proved finding the pigs, taled Loegbnane, and to the finding the prisoner Gleeson under a bed in the house, and that on taking her into custody, she had she bought the pigs at the fair of ?buries. .... — Guilty.
