Convict Notes

Petition file has a lot of contents, mainly from New South Wales. The forgery wS if share certificates. The prisoner had a wife, Caroline Hayley, and 8 children. She took 7 of them to NSW in 1832 hoping her husband could be assigned to her. This didn't work out. Papers argue that others might have forged the certificates.
