Henry Hayward (aged 17) along with Charles Benger ( aged 23 ) committed June 8th 1835 having on the 25th of May 1835 at Rhinefield Walk in the New Forest feloniously killed and had in their possession a fallow deer - it being their second offence - transported for 7yrs
