George HAZEL was convicted at Bristol 9 Jan 1838 for stealing from the person. Previous conviction. 7yr transportation sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'Coromandel' arriving 25 Oct 1838. Married man, wife Elizabeth and one child, at Native Place. Assignments in the Colony. Ticket of Leave Free Certificate 1845
