Convicted 19 October 1836 at Norfolk Quarter Sessions. Arrived Sydney 9 October 1837 via Charles Kerr. Assigned to John Kennedy Hume, Yass, New South Wales. Ticket of Leave No. 46/265 granted 20 February 1846. Conditional Pardon granted 15 April 1854. Died at Yass at the home of his granddaughter Janet Bush and is buried in the Wesleyan Cemetery North Yass.
