Emily Heath was indicted for stealing two shirts and articles, the properly of David Davies. North Devon Journal, 7 May 1829. And on Monday the following female convicts were removed, to be put on board the ship Lucy Davidson, lying Woolwich, for Botany Bay Julia Harding, Judith Powell, Emily Heath, and Sheppard. Bristol Mirror, 4 July 1829
