William HEATH was convicted at the CCC, London on 13 May 1839 for stealing from the person. 10yr sentence. Gaol Report: one month at House of Correction for running away from his Master. Hulk Report: orderly Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'Asia' arriving 6 Aug 1840. Single man.
