John and Mary’s youngest child was Sarah born 20.10.1846 in Campbelltown. She died 13.07.1930 in Balmain. Sarah never married but had 4 children

Ireland, sentenced to Life & arrived in NSW as a convict on 2 11 9 1819 after a voyage of 4months on DAPHNE; he was Catholic. He was an emancipist when he married Mary Ann (sic) (Mitten) on 26 2 1827 at St Marys RC Sydney. He was recorded in 1828 with Ticket of Leave with his family. He died in 1883 age about83. [Some details taken from this Website] Mary Matilda (Mitten) was born on 14 4 1804 & baptised on 10 6 1804 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. She was recorded in 1828 with her family. John, a labourer aged 19 was tried at Kings Co, Ireland in 1819 and sentenced to life imprisonment. He arrived in the colony aboard the ship 'Daphne' on 21 Sep 1819.
