Daniel HIggins and Thomas Wilson, were accused of breaking open a chest, and stealing several articles of bed and body clothes, from a house in the parish of Loudon. Higgins admitted his guilt, art and part. Wilson also admitted his guilt, qualifying his admission in terms of his declarations. Higgins was sentenced to be banished for seven years, and Wilson to be imprisoned for one.
