He was tried at Hereford Assizes, sentenced to 14years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 8 3 1817 after a voyage of 5months on FAME. He was Free by Servitude by 1823. [Some details taken from this Website] Mary (Ki/elleher/Callagher/Killers) was born about 1792 & became a country servant. She had a first (1of3) relationship. She was tried at Cork city Ireland in 1816, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict with her child on 8 8 1817 after a voyage of 4.5months on CANADA. She married secondly (2of3) Samuel (Higgins) on 10 7 1820 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. She was Free by Servitude by 1826 & had a third relationship with Fardy (Shane/Shean his second (2of3) relationship. She produced 4known children in her lifetime.
