Surrey assizes, which commenced on Wednesday sennight at Guildford, concluded on Wednesday following, although the calendar was crowded with prisoners for capital offences. The following is a list of those who received sentence of death, viz. ... Martha Hill , for robbing her ready-furnished lodgings in St. George’s Fields, and John-street, in the parish of Christchurch; ...
