Hulk Record HO-9-4 (2. p 23.) Received 27th May 1817. Thomas Hinton, aged 20, Gd. Larceny, Tried Monmouth, 15 Aug 1816, 7 years, Transported 3 Oct 1817. At Monmouth Assizes, …. and Thomas Hinton, for stealing a Quantity of copper coin, and some tea, the property of Thos. Dyke, Monmouth, was sentenced to seven years’  transportation. Gloucester Journal, 19 Aug 1816.
