Conduct Report: https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON33-1-7$init=CON33-1-7p97 Charles Holland. Catholic, cannot read or write. Native place, Donegal. Surgeon’s Report: Well disposed. Apparently slow. Died in the Colonial Hospital, Port Arthur, 20 July 1841.

Charles HOLLAND was convicted at Donegal on 25 July 1840 for horse stealing. Stated he committed the crime to get transported. 10yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'British Sovereign' arriving 17 March 1841. Single man. Died at Port Arthur Penal Settlement 20 July 1841.
