James Holland, private 6th Regiment of Inniskilling Dragons appeared 12 December 1808 at Edinburgh High Court on a libel - 18 November 1808 robbing John Hay, tenant farmer Duncanlaw,near Haddington, East Lothian (was billeted in area). Found guilty of assault with intent to rob and sentenced transportation for life.
