Not be again supported by Govt prior to discharge from I.Bay. [Impression Bay] 1857 - 13 December. Discharged from I Bay. Would not obey 1852 - Letter from Supt. I. Bay to be referred to if this man again applies to be committed as a pauper into the Hospital or Invalid Establishment 1855 - DIED; at Impression Bay. 1 August 1855 and buried 3 August. Aged 34 years old.
