July 26 1830. T.L. Charged with living in a state of illicit intercourse with Mary Holt, It appearing that a memorial now lies before His Excellency the Lieut. Govn. praying to be married & both promising to separate & live apart until they can obtain leave to marry, he is discharged. Cond. Pardon No 593, 5 Aug 1834.

To be sent to the Female Factory. 1830: Ticket of Leave granted. 1830: charged with living illicitly with a James Miller. Petition for them to be married and agreeing to live apart until decision. Discharged. 31 March 1831: Application for permission to marry - James Miller (transported per 'Minerva'). 31 July 1831: Reapplied for permission to marry. 1831: charged with harboring a convict. Dismissed. 1859: Ticket of Leave revoked.
