Was sentenced with his brother Stephen as part of the Wickers Horse Gang. Chelmsford Quarter Sessions Friday 15 Dec 1837. Sentenced with Thomas Brown and John Collop.
Died in the General Hospital Sydney soon after his arrival 22 Nov 1838
