To William Wemwyss, Esq., Deputy Comm. General. The prisoners named on the margin having been disembarked from the Isabella before her convicts received their slop clothing, I am directed by the Governor to have the honor of requesting you to issue to the Superintendent of Carters Barracks nine suits for their use.
