Family connections for Benjamin (Howarth) are: HOWARTH Benjamin (Howarth) was born in 1791or1806. He was tried for horse stealing at Lancaster Assizes on 6 3 1830, sentenced to death commuted to Life & arrived in NSW on 12 12 1830 after a 4month voyage on FLORENTIA. He married Sarah (Bellamy her second marrige) in 1844. He died in 1861 age about55/70. [Some details taken from this Website] Sarah (Bellamy) was born on 8 10 1800 & baptised on 28 12 1800 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. She married firstly Harry/Henry (Clack/Clarke) on 27 7 1818 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. She was recorded in 1828 with her husband. She died in 1872/82 age about72/82 mother of 9children. Details of Sarah (Bellamy)s family are given in entry for William (Bellamy ACTIVE 1791) on this Website. Benjamin (Howarth) & Sarah (Bellamy) produced 1child: 1.James (Howarth) was born in 1844. He died in 1919 age about75. Convicted at Lancaster Assizes on 6 Mar 1830 for horse stealing. Sentenced to death later commuted to transportation for life.
