This day, Court was….. the offenders who had guilty of burning the stackyard of John Kennedy, of Kirk Patrick. The prisoners, John Kermode, Wm. Hudgeon, being put the bar,—James Quirk, Esq, Acting Attorney-General, proceeded to state that the prisoners had been all under a Deemster’s Warrant, for being riotous, and for burning the corn-stacks, &c. in Kennedy's stack-yard. ...
