Transported for stealing a jacket. Gaol report. Character bad. Convicted of felony before. Single, stated this offence, Pawning a jacket, prosecutrix Sarah Wilmot, once for ? 2 months, once 1 month, 18 months on the Town. Single, Surgeon’s report, Rather indifferent. T.L. 24/2/1840. July 10 1840. Misconduct, in being found in the house of a woman named Owen for immoral purposes. Cell on B & W 3 days & nights. 1 Oct 1840. disorderly conduct in harbouring a man named White & a woman named Blair for immoral purposes, Blair being at this time drunk & absent without leave.
