March 1831 - assigned to Mr Bastian drunk, 3 days solitary confinement, abusive language 50 lashes, Sept 1832 absconding and remaining absent - apprehended in Hobart on 25th - Oct 1832 - Mar 1833 6 mos imprisonment with hard labour April 1833 - back to Bastian, May 4 insolence and suspected of harbouring a person unknown to his master. May - Oct 1833 6 months imprisonment Bridgewater - drunk & disorderly - on Wheel for 6 days Nov 21 1833 On Loan gang, refused to saw, removed to Spring Hill Road penitentiary Dec 1833 - Oct 1835 Spring Hill penitentiary and Notman Road gang - aug 22, 1834 Drunk & gross misconduct in conveying letter from prisoner on Grass Tree Hill road gang to persons in Hobart Town for purpose of obtaining sundry items. 12 months prison with hard labour recommended, Oct 21 1834 burning his bed, 2 months aditionla imprisonment Nov 1835 assigned to Mr Lloyd Sep 24 1836 fighting with fellow servants, 2 months prison & hard labour - Reiby's Ford road gang? Jan 5 1837 Drunk, fined 5/- Jan 23 1837 out after ghours, 3 mos hard labour at Reiby's Ford - not to reside in the district again. May 22 1837 Disorderly conduct 4 days cells
