Yes, Tasmanian Archives records has the actual date of ship's arrival - 4 Jan 1847 (this web site has an estimated date only). Mary's full conduct record page 62 of above link. Ticket of Leave 09/11/1852 Certificate of Freedom 28/04/1853 Permission to marry Robert Gifford (free) - registration 95/1850-37.
