Recorder’s Court. Judith Hynes and Catherine Reilly were indicted for stealing 15£. in cash and several articles of wearing apparel, the property of Abigail Greaves. The prisoners pleaded guilty, It appeared that Judith Hynes was niece to the prosecutrix. She was sentenced to seven years transportation and the other, who was a servant maid to Abigail, was sentenced to seven months' imprisonment and hard labour.
