Henry Ingham was 23 years old on arrival and his occupation was a "Calico block cutter/labourer/soldier. Henry had red hair, grey eyes, freckled complexion, branded D on left breast. 1840: was and office Constable. 1842: TOL given for a meritorious arrest. 4/5/1846: CP 29/7/1844: Married Catherine Ritchie (Mexborough) at Launceston. 30/7/1848: Henry departed Launceston to Adelaide per 'Lydford'. I include the following simply for information for other researchers, no proof this was the above Henry Ingham. 7/3/1850: was a butcher at Kensington, South Australia. 10/6/1851: Licensee of the Rising Sun at Kensington. 1851: death of Catherine. 1853: Married Martha Margaret Brace. 21/10/1854: still operating as a butcher. 1862: a death listed for Henry Ingham in Adelaide.
