Benjamin Jackaman, 33, maltster, and Henry Ellis, 31, of Coombs, brewer, were convicted of stealing 7 bushels of unscreened malt, 2 pecks of oats, and 2 hempen sacks, the property of W. G. Cornell, of Walsham, maltster, Guilty ; to be transported for 7 years. Bury and Suffolk Herald, 15 March 1837.
