Theft: pocketpicking. 12th June 1837 Verdict Guilty > unknown Sentence Transportation JAMES ROBINSON was indicted for stealing, on the 12th of June, 1 handkerchief, value 6d.; 1 half-crown, 16 shillings, and 2 sixpences, the goods and monies of Frederick Coates, from the person of Mary Coates. GUILTY Aged 33.— Transported for Fourteen Years. Sick List of the Susan 1837: Folios 18-20: case no 11, James Robinson, aged 33, convict; taken ill at [sea]; disease or wound, pneumonia; put on sick list 11 October 1837, died 25 October 1837 at 5 am.
