Richard Lewis; Surgeon Superintendent arrived 2 Dec 1829. All convicts survived the voyage.

Possible family connections for Jane (Hesketh) are: HESKETH Jane (Hesketh) was a servant at Ruffold/Rufford Lancashire when tried w/1other for possessing/uttering a forged note at Chester Session of Pleas Cheshire in April 1820, sentenced to 14years, held in the county gaol & arrived in NSW as a convict on 30 9 1820 after a voyage of 4.5months on MORLEY. It may be she who married Robert (Hesketh) on 1 3 1821 at St Matthews CofE Windsor & produced a child. [Some details taken from this Website] Robert (Hesketh/Holcroft) was born about 1782. He was tried at Liverpool Lancaster (Lancashire) Quarter Sessions, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 7 8 1820 after a voyage of 4months on MANGLES. He was living in Sydney in 1821. [Some details taken from this Website; & Smees records identify this person as the husband of Jane (Christie).] Noted a Jane (Christie) died on 1 7 1827 age about80 (Smees records show age87) as emancipist from BODDINGTONS mother of maybe 2children & was buried, as (Hesketh) at St Matthews CofE Windsor. The confusion here arises from proper identification of Jane (Christie)s arrival & because Smees record for Jane (Christie)s death shows her as named Jane (Hesketh) wife of Robert & as arrived on BODDINGTONS 1793.
